Child of God, You’re Blessed!

When you know that you are blessed, I don’t care how mad folk become with you, there is nothing that they can do about it! Blessed is a supernatural occurrence in the action of God bestowed upon His children. Blessed means that there is favorable activity exchanged from the hands of divinity into the hands of humanity. When we say, “Bread of heaven, bread of heaven, feed me till I want no more”, we are saying in actuality, “Bless me Lord!” Being blessed demonstrates that God has you on His mind. Whenever God is thinking about you, then you are blessed. Because the thoughts of God become the actions of God, and when God sets His actions in motion, nothing can stop them from coming into fruition. When you are blessed, it’s identifiable by those that are around you. People can look at you and tell that you are blessed. It’s not in so much of what you drive or where you live or how much money you make that determines if you’re blessed. As a matter of fact, it’s the least of those things that you have to demonstrate just how blessed you are. There are people with several vehicles, large homes, and very nice incomes that would trade places with some of you just because they know you are blessed. Being blessed will guarantee provision in a recession. Being blessed will guarantee some food in the time of famine. Being blessed will guarantee an open door to you when the door won’t open for anyone else. Blessed is an activity that is beyond your immediate control. You can’t dictate being blessed, or time being blessed, or plan being blessed. You don’t control the manifestation of being blessed, it just happens under the permission of God. In His own sovereignty and divinity God just decides when to release a shower of blessing on you. Blessings begin to rain in your home, on your job, in your neighborhood, in your family; and with no conceitedness or maliciousness you know within your heart that these showers of blessings are raining because you are there. Not being egotistical or naïve, but understanding that blessings just follow you wherever you go. It’s like a cloud of blessing that hovers over you and rains down blessings at any given moment. There is no weather forecast that predicts the rain, it’s not announced on the news and you can’t buy it in the paper. It just happens! And perhaps for that moment, someone is standing under the cloud of blessing with you, then they are blessed as well by blessed association. Because you are so blessed others are blessed because of their association with you. You can’t explain it, you can’t define it, you can’t control it, you’re just blessed! You couldn’t explain it if you tried. Some of us have tried to explain it, and because the definition exceeded our level of reason and comprehension, we were left stumbling at the grace, mercy and favor of God. You don’t know when it happened, you don’t know why it happened, you don’t where it happened, you just know that it happened. You’re blessed! Stop trying to define it to folk; stop trying to reason it to folk; stop trying to explain it to folk; you’re just blessed!
